Heads Up Before You Order
Every shirt we make at Arcadium is made to order. That means we don’t have a warehouse full of extras, so we cannot offer returns or exchanges for simply changing your mind.
Before you hit “buy,” double-check:

The color
We’ve got a size chart for every product, a “What’s My Size?” guide, and multiple ways to reach us (Instagram, email, or our contact form). If you’re unsure about your size, reach out—we’ll help you get the perfect fit.
⚠️ If you have a sizing issue but didn’t contact us first, we cannot offer a return or refund.
Did We Mess Up?
If your order is wrong, damaged, or defective, we’ll fix it fast. Examples:

Size doesn’t match the chart

Print is flawed

Hole in the shirt

Wrong shirt entirely
How it works:

Send us full-size photos of the shirt laid flat with a tape measure across it (like our size chart).

Factory irregularities happen in about 0.5% of orders. Size discrepancies of up to 1 inch may be eligible for a partial refund. Discrepancies greater than 1.5 inches? We’ll refund or replace immediately.

Made a Mistake on Your Order? ⏱️
Contact us within 24 hours. Orders get processed fast so you can enjoy your merch ASAP. We cannot guarantee we can stop or change your order, but we try our hardest.

Time Limit for Issues ⏳
We need to hear about any product problems within 30 days of delivery. Issues reported after 30 days may limit our ability to help.
Scenarios Where Refunds Aren’t Possible
Some common situations we cannot refund:
1. Returned to Sender (RTS)
Most RTS packages are caused by:

Incorrect address (80%)

USPS issues (15%)

Our mistake (5%)
If the return is our fault, we’ll cover re-shipping. Otherwise, you may be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the package. Tip: Double-check your shipping info before ordering!
2. Accidental Orders via Apple Pay
Apple Pay sometimes processes orders without realizing it, using stored addresses (sometimes old ones!). We cannot refund orders that were successfully delivered, so please confirm your shipping info before buying.
3. Email Issues (Hotmail, etc.)
Some email providers mark our confirmations as “Junk.” Always check your spam folder. If possible, use a Gmail account for reliable delivery of order confirmations.
